In order to get Google Reviews, you need a Google Business Profile. Google offers a Google Business Profile for free. If you’re not sure if you have a Google Business Profile, then do a Google Search of your business name. I will illustrate with a business called Tygerberg Electronics. Below I used my mobile phone and did a Google search for Tygerberg Electronics.
2. Google Business Profile Menu Options
If your business has a Google Business Profile and you have access to it, you will see a menu. Important: If a Google Business Profile exists for your business, but you have not claimed it or you don’t have access to it, you won’t see a menu. If you see a menu like the one illustrated below, then click on the bottom right arrow to open the drop-down menu.
